How do I book a property inspection?
Use the booking form to choose an estate and a date. Our sales team will call to confirm the time and meeting point. Booking is free.
Is Access Empire registered?
Yes. Access Empire is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), and is SCUML-compliant for anti-money-laundering reporting.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Most estates offer 6- and 12-month payment plans. Each estate page shows the exact instalment prices.
Can I resell my plot?
Yes. Once your plot is fully paid for, you can resell it. The buyer takes on all assets and liabilities on the plot and pays for documentation, and you must notify the company of the sale.
Is the road to the estates motorable?
Yes. The roads leading to our estates are motorable.
